Who is responsible

Renato Zamagna runs Bansko Buyer and is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Email hello@banskobuyer.com with any privacy question or request.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we receive your email address, apartment shortlist, the help you selected, your intended use, budget, buying timeline, funding position and any question you write. We also record the page, referring website and campaign tags that brought you to the form, when available. The system adds the time received and a reference number.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your request, gather the details you asked for and keep a record of the enquiry. You initiated the contact, and Bansko Buyer has a legitimate interest in answering genuine enquiries and documenting where they came from.

If you select a viewing or reservation conversation and consent to an introduction, Bansko Buyer may share the details listed beside that consent with Chris at Plus Property. We do not share a private cost or photo request with him unless you also choose and consent to the introduction.

Services that handle the enquiry

Cloudflare runs the website and delivers the enquiry to the Bansko Buyer mailbox. Apple iCloud Mail hosts that mailbox. These providers may process technical and message data under their own security and international-transfer safeguards.

How long we keep it

We normally keep an enquiry for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact. This allows us to answer follow-up questions and document an introduction you requested. We may keep it longer when the law requires it or when it is needed for a legal claim. You may ask us to delete it sooner when no legal reason prevents deletion.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, restrict how it is used, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw introduction consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing that already happened lawfully.

No marketing list or automated decision

Sending the form does not subscribe you to marketing. Bansko Buyer does not use the form for automated decisions. Website analytics and advertising trackers are currently disabled.
