Guinness will operate as a hotel through winter 2026/27. Owners are due to move in from April 2027. The project plans to manage short stays after that.

The current plan states a €300 setup fee plus 20% of gross revenue per stay.

Listing support, key handoff, guest communication, cleaning coordination and maintenance handling.
